A well-known aerospace manufacturing company in Arlington is looking to add to it's growing team. This aerospace company manufactures structural parts in the large and regional jet markets. They span across multiple segments of an aircraft, including the engine pylon, struts, wing box, wings, wheel wells, and the interior.

As a Manufacturing Lead, you will be working with deburring tools to grind and trim excess metals from high-cost airplane parts.

Manufacturing Lead Job Duties:

• Understands and is able to teach employees to meet customer needs
• Instruction employees on proper techniques with Technician tools
• Following and ensuring all safety guidelines established by the company are followed
• Evaluate employees performance and skill level
• Assigning work orders to Technicians 

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  

Pay:

• $23.00-$29.00/ hour

Manufacturing Lead Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Deburr Technician or equivalent Manufacturing Lead experience
• Excellent Written and verbal communication 
• Ability to perform basic Microsoft and Windows functions
• Ability to work on your feet for 10 hours a day
