A manufacturer of pressure-treated wood products is adding a Lumber Yard Associate to their team. You'll be working outside, preparing telephone poles that will be shipped nationwide—often following a local disaster. You'll help bring back communication to these areas. Pretty awesome, right?

This is a full-time, long term - temporary position, and a great way to get some experience and build your skills in a manufacturing environment. You'll be part of the Framing Department, which is a close-knit team, and you'll use hand and power tools regularly.

• Prepping telephone poles for treatment
• Drilling & Tapping into lumber
• Cutting holes out for hardware
• Using hand & power tools

You will be successful in this role if you are punctual, enjoy physical work, and work well on a team!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, sometimes 3:30 pm

*Overtime is also offered during peak business.

Lumber Yard Associate Requirements:

• Ability to operate basic hand tools
• Ability to read measurements
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Working outside in the elements
• Highly punctual

Pay:  $20-$21/hour

• $2000 Sign-on Bonus upon permanent hire
