An Aerospace and Electronics company in Burbank, CA is looking for a Production Assembler II to add to their team.

This company specializes in supplying critical systems and components to the Aerospace, Defense and Space industries. You’ll find their products in some of the toughest environments: from engines to landing gear; from satellites to medical implants and from missiles to unmanned aerial systems.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a rapidly growing company that makes high quality products for the Aerospace and Electronics industry!

The Assembler II works under supervision performing assigned assembly processes to manufacture products in accordance with assembly standards using visual aids, verbal and/or written instructions. This will be in their hydraulic-mechanical assembly area.

Assembler II Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned assembly tasks
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies
• Test finished assemblies
• Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery

You will be successful in this role if you have strong mechanical skills and are detail oriented.

Schedule: M-F: Day Shift: 5:30AM-2:00PM, Swing Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM 

Assembler II Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Mechanical Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience Hydromechanical assembly
  
• Experience within the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is highly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: $18-28/hour, depending on experience.
