A rare full-time Seasonal Customer Service Support opportunity has become available for a Global Fortune 500 company that specializes in manufacturing medium and heavy-duty trucks.

As Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for supporting their customers with all inquiries related to order placement, pricing, and shipping statuses. 

Pay: $24.00 per hour 

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm 

Responsibilities as a Seasonal Customer Service Support: 

• High level of communication with customers via web and phone 
• Share information to customers regarding shipping, product, availability, and pricing. 
• Relationship building and de-escalating skills.

You will be successful as a seasonal customer service support if you have pride yourself in having strong communication skills, thrive in problem solving and have a strong attention to detail. 

Requirements as a Seasonal Customer Service Support: 

• College degree or actively pursuing. 
• 2+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environment 
• Call center or office-environment experience preferred.
• Strong relationship building skills and de-escalating.
