Do you have previous Quality Assurance experience? A medical device manufacturer that produces defibrillator paddles (life-saving equipment used in heart attacks) is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to support their team! In this role you will be responsible for exhibiting Stryker’s leadership expectations for setting direction, building organizational capability, inspiring others, developing talent, and delivering results.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment for Class III medical devices following good documentation practices (GDP). The Quality Assurance Lead will also maintain physical inventory and perform electronic transactions in ERP System to account for material shipments and supplier credits/rework.?

Quality Assurance Lead Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspection per inspection plan requirements
  
• Perform the acceptance of finished devices as the final quality release
  
• Prioritize multiple product lines of varying speeds and volumes to ensure a steady flow of released material.
  
• Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, & disposition non-conforming material
  

Quality Assurance Lead Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (Ex: Inspection, Material Handling/Coordinating, MRB, Procurement)
• Ability to problem solve, address production related concerns and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Procurement experience
• Experience in ERP Systems
