This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Packing Lead Role Responsibilities:

• Team management - hands on
• Employee training and coaching
• Managing packing department
• Operation of slitting machines and respooling equipment
• Report directly to Production Manager

This position is great for someone who is successful in leading teams to meet daily production goals, developing production skillsets and working alongside their team.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years experience supervising/ leading a team in a manufacturing or production environment
• Operation of machines and equipment used in production
• Ability to be on feet working for duration of shift

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000k

Schedule: (multiple shifts) Monday - Friday either 2pm-1030 or 10pm-630am
