 Project Manager Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, quality and all other aspects involved with the construction of a project are met
• Achieving all financial and schedule goals of the project
• Excellent communication with vendors, subcontractors and employees
• Prepare budget projections and control costs
• Meet established revenue and profit goals
• Be on site during construction activities and during critical project times
• Prepare budget projections and control costs

 Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
• Knowledge of the mechanical contracting business in the commercial HVAC industry
• Advanced knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and cost control
• Knowledge of Arizona code requirements
• Ability to read all aspects of blueprints, legal documents, budget preparation and risk analysis
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously

 Compensation: 100,000-$115,000 DOE
