This food production company makes a wide variety of soups in its state-of-the-art facility, which is then distributed to retailers throughout the country.

3rd Shift Operation Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day production
  
• Coordinate and motivate teams
• Manage all timekeeping, attendance
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Uphold quality systems in a food production environment

Schedule: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am & the ability to work a rotating schedule (including weekends).

3rd Shift Operation Lead Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food production facility
  
• Minimum 1-year experience managing production metrics, employee attendance, OSHA record-able events, and safety
  
• ERP experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Physically capable of extensive walking, standing, climbing, and balancing

Pay: $23 - $25/hour
