A local manufacturing company is hiring Welders with at least 6 months of experience to join their fabrication team!

This company produces material lift and aerial work platforms that keep people safe while working at high heights. And they have a huge worksite where you'll be surrounded by state-of-the-art equipment.

As part of the fabrication team, you'll build custom pieces of equipment and fabricate essential parts. You'll do well in this role if you have MIG experience (Spray Arc Transfer is a plus).

They also offer worksite tours so you can get a firsthand feel for the environment before saying "yes" to a job offer.

These jobs are Temp-to-Hire and come with excellent benefits once converted, a compressed four-day workweek and a competitive pay range. Your pay rate will be determined by the results of a skills assessment test.

Welder Job Duties:

• MIG Welding in a manufacturing environment
• Monitor work to ensure product meets quality standards
• Fabricating custom parts according to production needs
• Loading and unloading fixtures

Schedule:  Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Overtime available

Pay: $25.16

Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 60 days, and $500 after 90 days! 

Welder Job Requirements:

• Pass written and practical welding skill assessment
• At least 6 months of MIG welding experience
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand throughout shift
