Shipping Warehouse Associate Schedule Options:
- Monday – Friday 12pm - 9pm
Shipping Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Accurate Inventory Management: Proficient in accurately documenting incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring precise tracking of inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Forklift Operation: Skilled in safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move and organize goods within the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to inspect incoming orders for damages, quality, and compliance with specifications, ensuring only the best products reach customers.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized warehouse, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues, enabling a smooth flow of operations and achieving collective goals.
Shipping Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Warehouse Experience: Possesses a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a warehouse setting, ensuring familiarity with industry practices and protocols.
- RF Scanner Proficiency: Skilled in using RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to efficiently track and manage inventory, enhancing accuracy and productivity.
- PIT Forklift Operation: Proficient in safely operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring the smooth movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiar with fundamental computer skills, enabling the use of digital inventory systems, email communication, and basic data entry.
- Endurance for Extended Standing: Capable of standing for prolonged periods, showcasing physical resilience to meet the demands of the warehouse environment effectively.
