Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Process customer orders and invoices.
• Record data from test results into computer programs.
• Communicating test results with clients.

You will be successful in this role if you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working with numbers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office a plus.
• Comfortable working with a high volume of numerical data.
• Ability to adjust to urgent client needs.
