A local paint and equipment supplier for the automotive refinish, aerospace and marine industries is looking to bring on a Payroll Manager to join their growing team. This company has been around for over 45 years and this is an exciting time to join. Payroll Manager Responsibilities

• Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees in multiple states
• Supervise the payroll admin and the payroll process to ensure accuracy
• Calculate and review commission payrolls processed on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Keep current on payroll policies and regulations to ensure compliance
• Process payroll deductions and benefit billings
• Assist with year-end reporting and annual audits in relation to 401ks, W-2s, and workers compensation
• You will be successful in this role if you have strong payroll and/or accounting experience

Payroll Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of payroll and general accounting experience
• Knowledge in multi-state payroll processing
• Experience managing payroll processes for larger companies (200+)
• Experience using Ceridian Dayforce preferred
• Degree preferred in accounting or HR but not required with relevant experience

Compensation:

• $80k - $120k DOE
