Are you motivated and want a to have a career in the aerospace industry? This is for an aerospace manufacturing company located in Everett. They produce all kinds of parts for Boeing and other manufacturers these parts are structural to an airplane. This role is a temporary position with the intention for it to turn into a permanent role. They provide paid training and the supervisor will get you into the role that will best suit you and your personality. If you enjoy any kind of mechanics this could be the right fit for you. All employees will work in a cell environment so you won't be doing just one thing all day, you will be doing all the steps for numerous things. This company evaluates all of their temporary workers for permanent roles and wants to hire you on permanently, so this is a great opportunity for you to see if it is a place YOU want to work too.
As a Deburr specialist your job duties include:
Capable of completing deburr assignments when given the following- Work order
- Blueprints
- Edge breaks
- Cleaning parts
Capable of using a wide range of tools
- Angle grinders
- Rout-a-Burr
- Buffing Wheels
- 1st shift Monday thru Thursday 5am - 3:30pm
- 2nd shift Monday thru Thursday 3:20pm - 1:50am
- 3rd shift Friday thru Sunday 5am - 6pm
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. either individually or with assistance
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Able to comply with work instructions, and quality assurance procedures
- Positively respond to changing work assignments and job duties
- Be able to complete a variety of uncomplicated deburring assignments, able to work independently with frequent technical instruction
