A medical device manufacturer in Molalla is adding Entry-Level Production Associates to their team!

This company creates knee and hip replacements for orthopedic patients. The work you do will make a huge difference in the quality of life for many people.

These positions are full-time, temporary-to-hire, offer a 4-day work week and benefits upon permanent hire.

Entry-Level Production Associate Job Duties:

• Operate various machinery to finish metal and ceramic medical components  
• Utilize machines including, sandblaster, grinder, bead blaster and automatic saw to finish medical device pieces
• Follow written step by step instruction with attention to detail and precise accuracy
• Ensure all statistics are logged and entered correctly into the appropriate places

Schedule:

• Swing Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am
  •  Training: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm (at least 3 weeks)

• Weekend Day Shift: Friday to Saturday, 5am - 5pm
  •  Training: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm (at least 3 weeks)
    

Entry-Level Production Associate Requirements:

• Excellent attendance is a must!
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout a 10 hour shift
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist and be in constant motion throughout 10hr shift
