A print supply company that specializes in Direct-To-Film print processing within the t-shirt printing/ garment decoration industry is looking to add a Install Technician to their growing team. This company values are family-centric while offering stability and opportunity for advancement!

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is open to frequent travel and has experience servicing equipment and IT support. This position would require travel within the United States 4-5 days a week based on customer needs. You would be provided a company card for travel, lodging and meal allowances as well.

Install Technician Job Duties: 

• Supporting customers with Install of equipment and software for their printing equipment
• Educating customers on how to operate products and best practices 
• Troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading products 
• Traveling to Client locations 

Schedule:

• Generally M-F / sometimes may require weekend travel 

Install Technician Qualifications

• 3+ years recent experience  Service Technician background within equipment maintenance / IT support 
• Experience working with customers and training on how to use products
• Experience using Windows and Photoshop software for a previous job  
• Needs to be comfortable traveling throughout the US 4-5 days each week 
• Education in Maintenance or Computer Science is a PLUS! 

Compensation:

• $60K+ based on experience
