A leading manufacturer of printed circuit boards is adding Production Operators to their team.

No production experience needed! If you have previous experience in a role that required you to do repetitive work for long periods of time, this could be a great position for you.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. You will get to work in a positive work culture that rewards risk-taking and allows the employees to be open to new exciting opportunities. You will also receive great, hands on training. 

In this role you will be working with machines that manufacture printed circuit boards as well as monitoring the quality of the products. 

Production Operator Duties:

• Monitor machines during production process     
• Visually inspect circuit boards 
• Communicate findings to supervisor 

You will be successful in this role if you have strong attendance, a positive attitude and great attention to detail.

Schedule: Multiple Shift Options Available

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Swing Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• Grave Shift: 10:00pm to 6:30pm

Pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience

Production Operator Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a repetitive environment 
• Ability to stand in one spot for entirety of shift
• High attention to detail
• PCB industry experience a plus
