A large juice production company in Tempe is looking for a Production Lead  to join their team. This company produces multiple products such as orange juice, lemonade and margarita mixes. The best part is that the facility always smells like fresh citrus!

In this Production Lead position you will be responsible for ensuring all production lines in the bottling department run smooth and efficiently. You will also be leading a team in the process and procedures of the departments as well as ensuring all GMP's are followed.

Production Lead Duties:

• Train, Coach and Develop new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance of all policy and procedures
• Lead a team of 5-10 people
• Ensure all production lines are running smoothly

 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm (overtime potential on Saturdays)

Production Lead Requirements:

• At least 2 years recent experience and longevity in a machine operator position within food manufacturing 
• Machine Operating experience with fillers, bottling machines, palletizer machines or any other relatable equipment 
• Leadership experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED

You will do well in this role if you like leading people and have a drive to succeed.

Pay: $21-$25/hr Depending on experience
