This is a great On-site Supervisor role for you to make an impact in a big way on individual's lives, and enjoy a 3 day weekend. On-site Supervisor Job Duties:
- Coach, train & support distribution center employees
- Perform regular check in's with employees & performance reviews
- Facilitate a safe & harassment free work environment
- Build relationships with department leads, supervisors, HR & Managers
- Ongoing Safety training
- Employee onboarding
On-site Supervisor Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in supervisory or lead role, preferably in warehouse or distribution
- Experience leading an inclusive work culture
- Computer proficiency
- Experience driving a high performing safety culture
- P.I.T. operating experience preferred
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 3:30am
