We are looking for Production Supervisor to support a newer Phoenix company that packages and distributes Kitty Litter. This position is a great opportunity to learn and refine your skills with a growing company.

This is a fast paced and very organized warehouse with a great team environment. You will be successful in this role if you enjoy physical work in a pleasant environment.

Production Supervisor Job Duties: 

• Supervise & encourage the participation of the shift production personnel
• Ensures proper training & job instruction to employees?
• Manages production resources on the shift to ensure production of finished product
• Completes necessary production/labor reports
• Manages safety policies and procedures

Production Supervisor Requirements: 

• Previous production experience in a lead role
• Ability to learn and develop quickly through personal initiative
• Organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for 10 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 50LBs constantly

Pay: $23/HR (increase upon conversion)

Schedule: Monday - Friday
 Swing shift - 2pm - 10:30pm

Location: West Valley - Phoenix
