This company manufactures automated equipment so experience in manufacturing or an inquiring mind that wants to know how things work is needed. You'll be supporting customers throughout the nation who need technical help and problem solving to ensure their equipment is operating. Your team is the key to ensuring customer satisfaction with the products you provide.
Customer Care Supervisor Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. This is a salaried position and hours may vary.
Customer Care Supervisor Requirements:
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience

Customer Care Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Managing customer relationships and service delivery
- Managing a team of 15-20 employees both onsite and remotely
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Offering and upselling maintenance packages
- Ensuring operational excellence

Customer Care Supervisor Requirements:
- Directly managing employees in a call center environment
- Experience building and developing a service driven team
- Ability to help with setting goals and KPIs
- Experience utilizing ticketing system (Zendesk or similar)
- Desire/ability to learn functionality of equipment with electrical components (experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience
