Bilingual Customer Support Representative Job Duties:

• Support Sales Reps with order entries, processing orders and claims
• Assisting customers with questions and requests via phone and email
• Search for, input and create new customer accounts
• General administrative duties and clerical support as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Bilingual Customer Support Representative Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Basic experience with Outlook and Excel
