Do you enjoy customer service? Join a nationwide HVAC supply company located in Grapevine is seeking a skilled customer service person to join the team. This location provides administrative and customer service support for the branch, helping HVAC contractors order/ purchase supplies. This company is known for supplying general contractors with AC units and all the parts to go with them!
In this role you will be working at the counter helping customers come in to make orders, inputting data into the computer, answering phones, making warm sales calls and some light warehouse work.
Customer Service Specialist Job Duties:
- Answering phones and emails
- Inputting orders into the computer system
- Helping customers
- Other administrative duties
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $16/hour
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
- MS Office Experience - Outlook, Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish
- Must be comfortable interacting with customers/vendors in person and over the phone
