Production Associate Pay Rate: 

• $19.00 to $22.50 per hour

Production Associate Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Production Associate Duties:

• Fabricate and assemble plastic products with precision
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and related documentation
• Inspect, mark, and prepare products for shipping
• Operate cutting and mixing equipment
• Use small tools and apply materials to plastic/foam parts

Production Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to receive, interpret, and follow instructions
• Good judgment for safe and accurate job performance
• Strong communication skills

Production Associate Physical Requirements:

• 8 hours of standing per day
• Finger dexterity for precise movements
• Arm-hand steadiness for tool operation
• Ability to work with chemical solvents
