This opportunity is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. You will be working on the flagship campus of one of the leading companies in the Aerospace Industry that encompasses 6 different divisions!

The company is located in Mesa right off the 60 fwy. They are a leader in manufacturing aerospace and communication cable products. They are also a top 3 national leader in aerospace products with over 90,000 employees worldwide. They offer the benefits of a big company with a small feel. 

Job Duties:

• Working with dual-tip soldering
• Using a microscope
• Reading and interpreting detailed schematics
• Working on multiple cables
• Working from a seated position

This opportunity is a perfect fit for a team-oriented, reliable individual who has great hand-eye coordination and is motivated to succeed in learning a challenging skill set.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing, cable or assembly role preferred
• Able to sit for extended periods of time
• Proficient using a microscope
• Proficient in soldering small parts with precision

Pay: $17-$18/hr (Experience-based)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5am-1:30pm

• Overtime will be required - expect to stay until 3:30 some days
• Saturday OT is available but not mandatory
