As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating production planning and schedules
• Directing and training production operations
• Create and update work orders
• Ensure SOP's are being followed
• Coach the team
• Support and build a positive work culture

This company is globally focused, exclusively on researching, manufacturing & delivering probiotics for supplements and functional food. They believe in promoting within and are very focused on the growth of their team.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience in leadership/ supervisor role, or Degree in related field 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Abide by all GMP practices, PPE and safety protocols
• Ability to be able to lift up to 50lbs 

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $60-80K
