If you have previous experience managing people and have worked at least 5 years in an Industrial environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with an established and growing Plastics Fabrication Company known for its high-quality manufacturing with plastic cartridges and packaging accessories.

This is a full-time, direct-hire job with a second shift 3-4-3 rotating schedule. Experience with injection molding will put you at the top of this candidate pool.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Supervision PM and repair work 
• Oversee job order REQs and ensure work is done in a timely manner 
• Provide clear direction and set deadlines for team
• Ensure operations run smoothly and respond quickly when breakdowns occur

Schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:20 am

Pay: Salary Range $55k-$65k depending upon experience.

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience 
• Experience with 3-phase wiring, electrical & programmable controls
  
• 3 years experience with injection molding
• Ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers & HMI’s
