Service Coordinator job duties:
- Inbound/outbound calls
- Troubleshooting with customers
- Dispatching technicians
- Working through ticket systems
- Closing and monitoring tickets
Service Coordinator requirements:
- Recent 6 months of administrative/customer service HVAC experience
- Computer proficient
- Quickbooks is a plus but not a requirement
- Reliable transportation, not bus accessible
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
- Health, dental, vision
- PTO/Sick Time
- Company cell phone allowance
