A company that produces fiber optic cables is adding a Small Parts Assembly position to their kitting team! They're looking for someone with at least one year of recent experience in material handling, managing inventory or assembly, and six months of experience using excel.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the warehouse and production team to prepare and count kits of materials needed to produce orders. And you'll also measure and cut cables, and perform data entry.

Job Duties:

• Prepare/count kits of materials needed to produce orders, based on orders received.
• Cut and measure fiber optic cables by using a ruler.
• Managing orders for production needs to ensure production goals are met.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills along with detailed information.

Pay: $19-$20/hr DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in material handling, inventory, or assembly.
• 6 months to 1 year of using Excel, email correspondence (creating labels experience is a plus!).
• 6 months of experience using a ruler/a measuring tape.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
