This company works with interior designers and developers for both residential and commercial building. 

As an HR Business Partner, you will be collaborating with the team on policy and procedure development, support the management team with employee engagement, legal compliance, and ADP system management. You will provide analytical consultation to the team on best practices, talent acquisition, and policy development. 

HR Business Partner Responsibilities;

• Maintain employee files in HRIS and SharePoint, ADP records
• Compliance maintenance with federal, state, and local legal regulations
• Review and update HR processes with best practices
• Benefit administration, compensations, and leave of absence

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (onsite presence required)

HR Business Partner Requirements:

• 2 years of HR Business Partner experience 
• ADP or HRIS experience, Sharepoint and computer literacy 
• Employment legal compliance, state, federal and local 
• High analytical and critical thinking skills
• 1+ year benefit and compensation experience 

Highschool Diploma
Bachelor Degree preferred, HR Certification preferred 

Hourly Wage $36/hr. - $39/hr. 
Full-time hours | Temp to Hire role
