This well-established Property Management and Commercial Real Estate Company is looking for the right Senior Building Engineer to join their aggressively expanding company.  If you love problem solving, working independently, creating and completing action plans then this could be the right position for you.

As a Senior Building Engineer you will work individually in a portfolio of Class A buildings to meet on-going maintenance demands. Helping with any tenant requests and working with outside vendors will require a high level of professionalism and positivity.

Senior Building Engineer daily duties include:

·         Handling on-site maintenance

·         Working with tenants, vendors, and contractors

·         Working Independently in a portfolio of buildings with weekly support from your Chief and Assistant Chief Engineer

Qualifications needed:

·         5 years of Building Engineer experience or

·         5 years of experience in office building, residential, or medical building maintenance or related tasks

·         ’07 Electrical License Certification

·         Available to work occasional overtime, and provide after hours on-call response on a rotational basis

Pay:  $65,000 - 80,000 plus per year depending on experience (could be flexible for the right candidate)

Typical Schedule:  Monday - Friday    8 am-5 pm or 7 am-4 pm
