Customer Service Receptionist

Full-time, Temporary to Hire, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Currently, we have several companies in the Seattle metro area looking to add full-time Customer Service Representatives or Receptionists to their growing teams.
In these administrative roles, you may be working in offices supporting exciting industries like architecture, manufacturing, aerospace, retail, non-profit, or jewelry.
If you are friendly, helpful and enjoy problem solving this is an ideal job for you! If you have at least six months of previous customer service experience and a passion for helping people, don't miss this opportunity.
There are temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire opportunities available so you can choose a position that works best for your schedule!
Customer Service Representative and Receptionist Job Duties Include:
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Mail distribution in the office
- Multiline phones
- Filing, Emailing, Faxing, Scanning and Data Entry
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm so you have weekends off!
Pay starts at $16-18/hour depending on your experience. You will be paid every Friday!
Location: Seattle Metro area. Locations are easily accessible by public transit.
