Full-time, Temporary to Hire, 4:00pm - 4:00pm

Do you have a love for customer service? A large well known Tacoma company is hiring for call center customer service representative positions. The company offers an inclusive environment with free parking and an on-site cafeteria. Located on the water in downtown Tacoma, you will enjoy a great view and lots of local shops, eateries, and the weekly farmers market.

In this role you will receive inbound calls as well as emails from clients nationwide. You will be assisting them in placing orders in the branches as needed. You will need to provide excellent customer service as you take detailed orders and assistance as needed.

 There are various shifts available as well as work weeks. Upon full time hire, the company offers medical benefits as well as other incentives.

 Requirements:

·         Call center experience required

·         Customer service work experience

·         Intermediate excel knowledge

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Shifts: Flexible

Compensation: $15/hr + free monthly parking
