Consider yourself a problem solver? Looking for a job within the medical field and have experience in customer service? This is a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative position.
This company is employee owned and is a provider of medical supplies with over 45 branches all over the country. They really believe in supporting their employees and even provide tuition assistance with classes that are related to their business. This company also values its customers and is known for their customer service excellence.
What you will be doing as a Customer Service Representative:
- Work through orders received over fax
- Contact customers and schedule deliveries
- Greet customers and answer phone calls
This position is great for someone who loves to learn and welcomes a challenge. At this company, you will gain in-depth knowledge about medical products and services.
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to navigate computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to display empathy and work within a team
- Experience within the medical field is a plus
Pay: $15+ depending on experience
Shift: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Portland - Near Lloyd Center
