This is a transportation company that specializes in moving and logistics. With their busy season around the corner they are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant to add to their team! This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers cross training in administration and clerical work. If you like working in a fast paced environment, have a good attitude, and have a "work hard/play hard" mentality
this is the perfect position for you!
As a receptionist, your core responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and directing the call traffic, but will also partake in light clerical scanning.
To be a good fit for this position you should..
- have 6 months of administrative assistant/receptionist experience.
- including phone based customer service
- have experience in Microsoft Excel.
- be easy going with a good attitude.
