Accounts Payable/HR Assistant

Full-time, Contract, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
We are looking for a Accounts Payable/Human Resource Assistant for a 6-7 month contract!
This is an incredible opportunity to work with a leader in global food manufacturing who has an impressive 50-year track record right here in South Seattle. This international food company is producing high-quality syrups that are sold to local and international companies. You've likely enjoyed their product in your coffee recently!
You will be responsible for issuing, overseeing and reviewing purchase orders for utilities and miscellaneous orders as well as payroll and employee benefits. This is a dynamic position that will also include working on ad hoc projects for the HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and Plant Controller.
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience (1+ years)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Pay: $18-20/hr, get paid every Friday!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm
Location: South Seattle, parking is available!
