TERRA Staffing Group, recently voted "Best of Staffing 2019 Client & Talent", is looking to hire an HR Assistant - Recruiting for their Kirkland location
In this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills to work with our recruiting team. You will support team members by sourcing and recruiting candidates, scheduling & conducting interviews, performing reference and background checks and orienting new candidates to TERRA.
This position also provides daily support to the company by handling the
reception desk during lunch breaks. This requires phenomenal customer service
skills and a great phone voice.

Required Experience and Skills:
• 2 plus years work experience preferably in a customer service industry.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple needs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
Pay: $17/hour, plus a bonus plan! (After the bonus, compensation averages about $19-20/hour)
