Client Intake Representative

Full-time, Temporary to Hire, 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to join a national, non-profit healthcare consulting firm in North Seattle as an Intake Representative. This organization works collaboratively with patients, providers and facilities to implement sustainable improvements in the health care system. The Intake Representative will work to assist healthcare providers to submit documentation or requests for service, case management, and other medical management services. 

Intake Representative responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound telephone requests
  • Entering case information from original documentation
  • Notifying providers of completed reviews and authorizations
  • Corresponding with facilities and providers
  • Obtaining customer consent for care services to be performed

Work environment is a lovely open office setting. Intake Representatives work on computers and on the phone for extended periods each day. There is regular communication and interaction with coworkers. 


  • 2 years administrative work experience
  • Minimum 1 year working in healthcare
  • Intermediate skill with MS Office Suite
  • Medical terminology proficiency

Pay Range: $18/hr  Get paid weekly! Terrific benefits and 401K when offered long-term position!

Location: North Seattle near Northgate and North Seattle Community College - easy bus access or free parking!
