Do you have at least one year Electronic Manufacturing experience and are looking to join a growing team? This award-winning company in Everett is looking for a temp to hire Quality Inspector to add to their thriving team asap!

This company places a high value on employee and health safety. They have implemented various safety measures in their facility to protect their employees:

  • Proving masks to all employees (you may also bring your own)
  • Providing gloves for all employees to wear
  • Temperature checking any guests or visitors before they enter the building

As a Quality Inspector, you are part of the Quality team which inspects circuit boards and other components. This person performs a variety of routine inspection procedures and determines the acceptance or rejection and rework requirements in accordance to quality assurance standards and customer specifications. You are determined and driven to provide the very best quality to your customers.  You are fast-paced, have high standards in your work, and are adaptable.

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Ability to inspect using a microscope, magnifying lamp or eye loupe for prolonged periods of time
  • Performs assigned tasks in accordance with manufacturing process instructions (MPIs), production drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions
  • Follows proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures at all times and is knowledgeable of and performs job in accordance with proper material handling procedures and guidelines
  • Performs some packaging, final QC functions and out of box audits of packaged assemblies according to procedures, as required

Quality Inspector Requirements:

  • Familiarity with use of calibrated tools used for inspection, measurement and verification, such as torque drivers, calipers and pin or hole gauges
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
  • Excellent component identification skills for PTH and SMT components, including polarity, values and tolerances are required
  • Familiarity with IPC 7711/7721 Rework & Repair standard (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to inspect using a microscope, magnifying lamp or eye loupe for prolonged periods of time
  • IPC A 610 certification is required but may be achieved in the first review cycle of this position - but experience towards that certification is required


  • $16.00 - $17.00 Depending on Shift and Experience


  • Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
  • Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm
