Do you enjoy helping people and working in a Customer Service Representative role? If so, a growing business in the Scottsdale area is looking to add to their Patient Support Team.
This company strives to provide an empathetic and positive experience to Veterans using a new, innovative medical device. As a Customer Service Representative you will also be apart of a close-knit team that values all contributions from team members.
You will succeed as a Customer Service Representative if you are empathetic, have great verbal and written communication skills and just want to have a positive impact on the Veteran Community.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Safety around COVID-19 is of the utmost importance. Team members will be socially distanced throughout their shift and wearing masks where social distancing is not able to be achieved.
Job Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Building relationships with clients currently using device
- Documenting conversations for research and future reference
- Shipping out medical devices to be serviced
Requirements for Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- 6 months in Customer Service
- 6 months of Data Entry
- Skilled using Excel
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
