A family-run business in Puyallup that has been operating for 20+ years is currently looking to add to their team. This is a great opportunity for you to work as part of a close-knit, cooperative team. 

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity that offers great benefits when hired.

The Service Dispatcher - Accounting Specialist role also provides a great deal of support to the team and offers variety in the day.

Service Dispatcher - Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Providing and Analyzing estimates and quotes to clients
  • Dispatching and guiding technicians that are out on the field
  • Use QuickBooks to manage and accept payments and manage relationships with vendors
  • Handling scheduling for all technicians and clients

If you have strong attention to detail, can multi-task and make decisions quickly and confidently while staying organized, and have experience working with confidential information, you will do well in this role.

We know you might have some questions about safety in regard to returning to on-site work. This employer is committed to workplace safety. 
In order to keep you safe at work, face masks are required to be worn at all times when outside of desk area.

Service Dispatcher - Accounting Specialist Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience in a Dispatching or Scheduling role. 
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting software's such as QuickBooks or the like (must take a skills assessment)

Schedule/Time:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay:

  • $22/HR + DOE
