Full-time, Temporary to Hire, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Do you have experience in Escrow or Loans and a love for Customer Service in Call Center environment? A Sumner escrow company is hiring upbeat motivated individuals for their busy location. This company offers a fun environment with a small team. The company prides itself on a team and family environment.  Upon full time hire, the company offers a benefits package. Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email and mail ensuring the requests are resolved 
  • Account Maintenance
  • Process customer payments
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and mail 

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or Call Center experience in banking or Insurance Industry
  • Ability to articulate over the phone.
  • Escrow or loan service is a plus
  • Type 40+ WPM
  • Must have a professional resume

Location: Sumner

Schedule: 8am-5pm they try to offer flexible hours upon full time hire

Perks: Jeans Friday

Compensation: $17+ DOE
