I know COVID-19 precautions are important to you, and they are important to this company as well. Because of that, this position is estimated to work from home through next spring. However, you still must live locally for when the office resumes normal operations.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will:
-Deliver superior service to customers and the sales team by resolving issues and questions through multiple communication channels, including social media requests, email, and phone calls.
-Partner and build relationships with sales teams and customers to manage, research, and resolve service-related support cases and drive them toward resolution.
-Partner with leadership to improve processes and procedures to enhance the Customer Care experience.
-Learn and retain knowledge of the brand and its corresponding products and services and provide consistent brand voice and tone when responding to customers and sales teams.
Customer Care Representative job requirements:
-2+ years of customer service experience, using phone, email, and social media platforms.
-Associate's Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
-2+ years of related experience in a high-volume customer service setting.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Associate's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
Salary: $50K-$54K DOE plus full benefits package
Location: Bellevue, WA and ability to work temporarily in a work-from-home setting with limited supervision.
