Rebecca Barter was a recent college grad looking to take her previous administrative experience to the next level.
She decided to turn to TERRA for help with her job search.
She stopped by our Tukwila office and met with Recruiter, Amanda Roberts.
Amanda was impressed with Rebecca. She had strong customer service and administrative skills, and had a friendly and professional personality.
Rebecca was also flexible in her job search. She was open to doing temporary assignments until a better opportunity became available. She was also willing to commute to Seattle.
This allowed both the Tukwila and Seattle teams to place Rebecca on various temporary assignments until they could find her the right fit.
One day, Recruiter Betty Dawson contacted Rebecca about another temporary administrative assistant opportunity. As usual, Rebecca said yes to the job.
But this time, things went differently. The client couldn’t seem to let Rebecca go at the end of the assignment – so they kept her.
That’s right! Rebecca was able to turn a temporary assignment into a full-time job!
According to Betty, “The client liked her ability to adapt quickly to the role. Plus, she got along well with the other employees.”
Rebecca is happy in her new job. “The people are very supportive and helpful. I’m learning new things every day!”
Regarding her experience with TERRA she shared, “They offered very nice support and great feedback. It was overall a very positive experience.”
Rebecca also had nice things to say about Betty. “Betty has been a great help – from when they first placed me till now!”
