She has over 25 years of talent management and organizational development experience, most recently in global sr. leadership roles for successful brands; from Comcast to Boeing Employees Credit Union and Starbucks to Cox Automotive, which includes such companies as Auto Trader, Kelly Blue Book and Manheim, the largest Auto Auction Company in the world.

Tabetha’s success moves beyond leading learning and change efforts to providing executive coaching, facilitating strategic planning, diagnosing team performance issues and coaching teams through performance turnarounds. She holds learning credentials from the University of Washington, is a master facilitator, Certified Professional Coach, Organizational Development Professional and ROI Practitioner.

A native of Washington, Tabetha and her husband of 27 years now call Nashville, TN home and have two wonderful daughters ages 11 and 8. Tabetha recharges her batteries at the barn with her girls and two horses Chico and Thunder and dog Wiley.
