Before being promoted to Everett Branch Manager in 2017, she was a top-performing recruiter in our Kirkland branch.
Fun fact: Erin grew up in Vermont and her family makes maple syrup!
Get to know me
Tell me about your first job:
My very first job was at a local ‘mom and pop’ hardware store in my hometown. I was only 14 and would work the maximum number of hours allowed per week for my age. This job taught me to be quite handy. I learned about wiring, plumbing, construction, you name it!
What other professions would you like to try?
My dream job would be a travel blogger, so I could travel and share my adventures. How fun to get paid to enjoy and share all of the beautiful corners of the world!
If you could possess any super power, what would it be?
If I could have any super power, it would be the ability to talk to animals. My dog does funny things and I always want to know why! It also wouldn’t hurt to get all of the animals on your side, in case you ever need the help.
What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?
Getting a job is no easy task, and playing a part in helping someone find employment is such a great feeling! I also love learning about all of the industries and businesses in our area, and meeting wonderful people.
Best career advice you’ve ever received?
You won’t get anything if you don’t ask for it! So many things apply: advice, information, promotional paths, and even relationships.
