Before joining TERRA, Josh had a successful career working in Operations Management and Loss Prevention for Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Although he wasn’t actively looking for new work, Josh found himself craving a more structured schedule and a better work-life balance.
TERRA was the perfect fit for both.
Josh started with TERRA as a Staffing Manager in May of 2022 and proved to be an incredible asset to the team. In just a few months, he was promoted to Branch Manager of our Lakewood office.

Outside of work, Josh is an outdoor enthusiast and has a goal of summiting all of the 14ers in Colorado!
Aside from fulfilling his dream of living only 15 minutes from the mountains, he also loves living in Lakewood because of the true community feel.
Get to know me
Tell me about your first job.
I was a caddy at a golf course for my very first job when I was 14 years old. I worked solely on tips and quickly developed my interpersonal skills at a young age to satisfy my customers.
What other professions would you like to try?
If I could enter a different profession, I’d be interested in being a Park Ranger. The value they bring to both the outdoors and their local communities is very impressive.
If you could possess any super power, what would it be?
A superpower I would love to possess is time travel. I love learning about the history of the world, and am very curious about the future.
What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?
My favorite part of working in the staffing industry is creating the perfect fit between candidate and client. It makes my week when I listen deeply to both, and am able to create a long-term fitting match!
Best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to step back and take care of myself. It is so challenging to be successful in anything you do if you aren’t listening to yourself and giving yourself time to recharge.
