Before joining TERRA in 2016 as a Recruiter, Rebecca had a successful career in retail management.
Since being hired, she has been promoted multiple times and is now Branch Manager of our Mesa location.
She is passionate about helping people find careers they love and finding clients amazing additions to their businesses.
Outside of the office, you can find her chasing her very busy infant.

Tell me about your first job:
My first job was at Buckle doing retail/sales. I worked part-time while going to school.
What other professions would you like to try?
I really enjoy my position in staffing. It is challenging, yet rewarding! But if I had a talent in singing, that might be my second choice.
If you could possess any super power, what would it be?
Definitely flying. How great would it be to travel anywhere anytime?!
What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?
The people. Every day is so different. We interview so many different people and get to connect with clients across multiple industries. I know I am learning something new daily.
Best career advice you’ve ever received?
“When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” Push through obstacles. Take a moment, think, breathe, and find the best solution. This will make you successful.
