Stephanie Rady

Branch Manager, Phoenix

Stephanie came to TERRA in 2016 with over 14 years of retail management experience.

She is passionate about learning and growing and has been incredibly successful throughout her career with TERRA.

Stephanie started as a Recruiter for our West Phoenix location, proved to be a top-performer, and was quickly promoted to Staffing Manager.

In mid 2017 she was promoted once more. She is now Branch Manager for TERRA’s West Phoenix office.

When she is not in the office, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors, working out and watching movies. She is also obsessed with her dog, Rosie.

Tell me about your first job:

My very first job was working in fast food (Arby’s). I was hired as a cashier. This location was brand new, so I was one of the first people hired. I was really determined to learn everything and did. I was given more responsibility, working drive thru and preparing food.

What other professions would you like to try?

I’ve always been in interested in law enforcement, or intelligence. Fitness instructor would be good, too!

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

I’d love two super powers – super strength and flying!

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

I enjoy that I can help change someone’s life. I also love connecting with different people every day. And I like that I can learn so many things on a daily basis.

Best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always take accountability for things, even if you didn’t personally do it. Just say, “I will fix it” or “This won’r happen again” or “I take full accountability.” This has allowed me to grow and learn what to do and what not to do. It also looks much better than blaming others.
