Tim is an experienced customer service professional, and before joining TERRA, worked in a call center environment for 9 years.
When the call center shut down, Tim wanted a new challenge that could advance his growth both professionally and personally, and was intrigued by the world of recruiting.
He joined TERRA in 2023 as the Corporate Sales Manager and is thrilled to be part of a team that helps connect businesses with real people looking for work.

Tim loves spending time with his family and dogs, specifically in all the parks the Puget Sound has to offer. He also loves playing board games, video games, watching movies and listening to music.

Tell me about your first job.
My first job was working as a food delivery driver for a small restaurant attached to a bowling alley.
What other professions would you like to try?
I would love to be a professional musician, a board game designer, an author, or a video game designer.
If you could possess any superpower, what would it be?
If I could possess any superpower I would choose the power to be indestructible.
What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?
I love that the work I do contributes to helping people find great jobs.

Always try and be better than who you were yesterday.
