We have had the pleasure of working with Nettie Dwor for the last 13 years!

She worked for a TERRA client for over nine years as a shipping coordinator before being laid off.

Nettie took that time to further her education. Within two years, she returned to TERRA for help finding a new opportunity.

First, tell us a little bit about you and your background.

After working 10 years in Aerospace (for a company TERRA placed me at), I was laid off. I took the next two years off to go back to school. When my funding for school ran out before I was able to complete the training, I was worried I was going to have trouble getting back into the workforce, getting a competitive wage, or finding a position that would utilize and value my skills – and challenge me.

I went to the TERRA Everett location and, a week later, was interviewing at an amazing company that just hired me as a full-time employee.

How did you hear about TERRA?

I was out looking for a job when I saw a sign and went in.

How did your experience with TERRA compare to what you expected or experienced from other staffing firms?

I have worked with several other staffing agencies throughout the years and TERRA is the only one to place me quickly, and in positions that utilize my skill set. TERRA placed me in my last two long-term jobs and my current job!

What else would you like us to know?
